Burnout syndrome in social workers and other employees working in homes for people with disabilities in Ústí nad Labem

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bude zjistit vztah mezi mírou intenzity syndromu vyhoření a ochotou využívat inovační přístupy v práci se zdravotně postiženými klienty. V teoretické části bude konkrétně popsán syndrom vyhoření, dále jeho definice, příznaky, příčiny, vývojová stádia a prevence. Dále bude vymezen pojem osoba se zdravotním postižením a druhy sociálních zařízení poskytujících služby těmto osobám. V empirické části bude popsána metoda a postup výzkumného šetření. Empirická část bude vyhodnocovat získaná data z dotazníkového šetření syndromu vyhoření, ve kterém bude použita metoda standardizovaného dotazníku MBI-GS DOZP, oproti dotazníku zaměřeného na míru ochoty využívat inovativní metody, což bude šetřeno metodou škálování. Šetření bude probíhat v Domovech pro osoby se zdravotním postižením Ústí nad Labem.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis will be to determine the relationship between the degree of the intensity of the burnout syndrome and the willingness to use innovative approaches in work with disabled clients. In the theoretical part will be specifically described the burnout syndrome, as well as its definition, symptoms, causes, developmental stages and prevention. Furthermore, the term "person with a disability" and the types of social facilities providing services to these persons will be defined. In the empirical part will be described the method and procedure of the research investigation. The empirical part will evaluate the data obtained from the questionnaire survey of burnout syndrome, in which the method of the standardized questionnaire MBI-GS DOZP will be used, as opposed to the questionnaire focused on the degree of willingness to use innovative methods, which will be investigated by the scaling method. The investigation will take place in the Homes for People with Disabilities in Ústí nad Labem.
