Analysis of the Consumers Credits Market in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu trhu spotřebitelských úvěrů. Vstupem do problematiky je charakteristika spotřebitelských úvěrů, jejich dělení a fáze jejich poskytnutí. Další kapitola se zabývá regulací trhu spotřebitelských úvěrů, zvláště se zaměřuje na zákon o spotřebitelském úvěru ve znění roku 2010 a zmiňuje jeho nejdůležitější body. Hlavní část práce je věnována analýze nabídky a poptávky spotřebitelských úvěrů na poli bankovních a nebankovních finančních institucí. Je zde porovnáno několik podobných nabídek, srovnání prezentace jednotlivých produktů a možnosti jejich poskytnutí. Poukazuje na rozdíly mezi nimi, odlišného způsobu prodeje a ceny. Důležitým tématem je také statistická analýza dat zaměřená na objemy úvěrů, úvěrů v selhání, vývoj úrokové sazby. V závěru je nastíněn možný trendu budoucího vývoje v závislosti na vývoji ekonomického cyklu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the consumers’ credits. The introduction deals with the problematics of characterisation of consumers' credit loans, their classification as well as phases when they are granted. Next chapter deals with the regulation of the market in consumers' credits, especially it focuses on the codex on consumers' credits from 2010 and lists its main points. In the body of this thesis there is an analysis of offer and demand of consumers' loans in the market of banking and non banking financial institutions. Similar offers, marketing of credit produts and the way of thein presentation as well as the possibility to grant them are compared. It discusses the differences between them, different way of their selling and price. An important topic is also the statistical analysis of data focused on the volume of credits, failure of credits and the development of interest rates. In the conclusion there is an outline of a possible way of the prospective trend of future development in dependence on the develpmpent of economic cycles.
