Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na monitoring prostředí na pitevnách ve FN Brno Bohunice a FN u sv. Anny. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části je vysvětlen termín mikroorganismy. Dále jsou přiblíženy typy bakterií. Hlavní pozornost je zaměřena na rod Staphylococcus, rod Bacillus a rod Micrococcus. Popsány jsou rovněž kultivační půdy, jejich dělení a podmínky pro kultivaci. Bachelor thesis occupies with monitoring of environment in an autopsy room in The University Hospital Brno and St. Anne’s University Hospital. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part explains the term microorganism. Next it describes types of bacteria. The main attention is paid to genus Staphylococcus, genus Bacillus and genus Micrococcus.
