Analýza produktového portfolia vybrané společnosti

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou portfolia ve společnosti Red Bull Česká republika, s.r.o. Teoretická část obsahuje základní pojmy, které jsou spojeny s tímto tématem. Aplikační část je zaměřena na analýzu produktů společnosti, na marketingový mix a porovnání s konkurencí. Je provedena SWOT analýza a matice BCG. Dále jsou navrženy změny na zlepšení portfolia a celkového stavu podniku.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with portfolio analysis in company Red Bull Česká republika, s.r.o. The theoretical part is focused on basic terms that are related with this topic. The application part is focused on the analysis of the company‘s products, the marketing mix and the comparison with the competitors. SWOT analysis and BCG matrix are performed.
