The aplication of quality standards in the half-way hause

Abstract:

Následující diplomová práce si klade za cíl popsat proces aplikace standardů kvality v sociálních službách v Domu na půl cesty a také prostřednictvím zvolené výzkumné strategie zjistit, jak uživatelé vnímají vlastní práva při poskytování sociální služby. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. Celá práce obsahuje 7 kapitol. Teoretická část obsahuje 4 kapitoly. Část empirická je rozdělena do 3 kapitol. První kapitola podává základní informace o standardech kvality v sociálních službách, definuje standardy kvality sociálních služeb z různých východisek, popisuje vznik standardů kvality sociálních služeb na poli české sociální práce. Práce také zmiňuje druhové standardy kvality sociálních služeb. Další podkapitola přináší legislativní rámec standardů kvality sociálních služeb. V diplomové práci postupně rozdělím standardy kvality sociálních služeb a provedu jejich charakteristiku s jejich kritérii, které k nim náleží. V závěru první kapitoly shrnuji význam standardů kvality sociálních služeb pro praxi sociálních služeb a vyjadřuji se k procesu zavádění standardů kvality sociálních služeb do praxe dle zákona o sociálních službách. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na vymezení sociálních služeb dle zákona o sociálních službách, zejména podle jejich forem a druhů sociálních služeb. Ve třetí kapitole referuji o lidských právech v sociálních službách, zejména se zaměřuji na ochranu práv uživatelů a uplatňování vlastní vůle uživatelů při poskytování sociálních služeb. Ve čtvrté kapitole se zaměřím na popis Domu na půl cesty dle zákona o sociálních službách a uvedu základní informace o příspěvkové organizaci a zařízení Domu na půl cesty Třinec. Empirická část je aplikací teoretické části diplomové práce v praxi zařízení Domu na půl cesty Třinec. Pátá kapitola je zaměřena na popis, jak probíhal proces tvorby a aplikace standardů kvality sociálních služeb v Domu na půl cesty. V šesté kapitole uvádím organizaci celého výzkumu. V kapitole sedmé analyzuji zjištěná data a interpretuji výsledky výzkumu. Pro potřeby zvoleného cíle diplomové práce jsem provedl kvalitativní výzkum.

Abstract:

The following diploma thesis aims to describe the process of application of quality standards of social services in the Halfway House and to determine through selected research strategies, how users perceive their own rights in the provision of social services. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The whole work contains 7 chapters. The theoretical part includes four chapters. Empirical part is divided into 3 chapters. The first chapter provides basic information about quality standards in social services, it defines the quality standards of social services from different perspectives points it describes the emergence of quality social of service standards in the field of Czech social work. The thesis also mentions the generic quality standards of social services. Another chapter provides the legislative framework of quality standards of social services. I gradually divide the quality standards of social service in the diploma thesis and I will give them their characteristic criteria, which belongs to them. At the end of the first chapter I summarize the importance of quality standards of social services for social service practice and I express to the process of implementing quality standards of social services in practice according to the Social Services law. The second chapter focuses on the definition of social services according to the Social Services law, especially in their forms and types of social services. In the third chapter I report on human rights in social services, I mainly focus on user rights protecting and application of own will in providing of social services. In the fourth chapter I will focus on the description of the Halfway House according to the Social Services law and I give basic information about the organization and Halfway House Třinec. The empirical part is application of the theoretical part of the diploma thesis in a practice of Halfway House Třinec. The fifth chapter aims to the description, how passed the process of creation and application of quality standards of social services in the Halfway House. In the sixth chapter I present the research organizing. In the seventh chapter I analyze identified data and I interpret results of research. I conducted qualitative research for the chosen target of diploma thesis.
