Abstract:
Diplomová práce se bude zabývat problematikou začínajícího učitele na 1. stupni základní školy z pohledu ochrany a podpory zdraví učitele. Cílem praktické části bude zmapovat, jakým problémům začínající učitelé čelí a jak to ovlivňuje jejich zdraví. The diploma thesis will deal with the issue of beginning teachers at the first level of primary school from the perspective of protection and promotion of the teacher's health. The aim of the practical part will be to map what problems that beginning teachers face and how this affects their health.
