Ethic Problems in Health Care

Abstract:

Anotace Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou etiky a její role ve zdravotnictví. Popisuje její důležitost nejen jako nedílné součásti léčebného procesu, ale odvozeně i jako jeden z důležitých pilířů optimalizace ekonomické nákladnosti zdravotní péče. Dále se v práci pojednává o nutnosti zdravotníků zvládat umění komunikace a tím zlepšovat komplianci pacientů, následně snižovat rizika komplikací a opět optimalizovat náklady. Praktická část bakalářské práce ukazuje ekonomickou náročnost hemodialyzovaného pacienta.

Abstract:

Annotation This dissertation concerns with ethics and it’s role in health care. It describes it’s importance not only like an inseparable part of healing proces, but also like one of a very important mainstay of economic optimalisation in health care. In another part of the dissertation a need of functional communication between medical staff and patients is discussed. The working communication leads to better patients cooperation , subsequently different risks are lowered and economical expenses are more or less optimal. Practical part of the dissertation subscribes an economical expense of a hemodialysis patient.
