Abstract:
Tato práce zkoumá možnosti využití siamských neuronových sítí pro sledování pohybu buněk v časosběrných 2D sekvencích. Pro porovnání byly zvoleny tři siamské trackery: SiamRPN++, Siam R-CNN a SiamMOT. Teoretická část práce popisuje architektury a principy fungování těchto trackerů a také siamských neuronových sítí obecně. Abstract:
This thesis investigates the possibilities of using siamese neural networks for tracking cells in 2D time-lapse sequences. Three siamese trackers were selected for comparison: SiamRPN++, Siam R-CNN, and SiamMOT.
