Gastronomy as a phenomenon of tourism in Vietnam
Abstract:
V první kapitole práce popisuje trendy v cestovním ruchu a jaký vliv má gastronomie v cestovním ruchu. V druhé kapitole se práce zaměřuje na význam cestovního ruchu ve Vietnamu, SWOT analýzu rozvoje cestovního ruchu Vietnamu a dále její gastronomií. Třetí kapitola je věnována samotné prezentaci vietnamské kuchyně v ČR.
Abstract:
In the first chapter of the thesis the author introduces the trends in toursim and how gastronomy influences the sector itself. The second chapter focuses on how important is tourism for Vietnam, SWOT analysis of toursim development in Vietnam and also Vietnamese gastronomy. The third chapter is dedicated to promotion of Vietnamese gastronomy in Czech Republic.
