Management and education of referees at different performance levels

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je teoretickou studií, která zkoumá možnosti řízení a edukace rozhodčích na různých výkonnostních úrovních. V první kapitole je historie vzdělávání. Druhá kapitole je zaměřena na vysokoškolské studium s přehledem studia a zaměření se na management utkání, který je nezbytný pro utkání. Třetí kapitola je věnována vzdělávání na úrovni UEFA se zacílením na UEFA CORE program. Ve čtvrté a páté kapitole jsou probrány vzdělávací programy vycházející z konvence UEFA, Talent a mentor, Vzdělávací program rozhodčích se zaměřením na jejich programovou náplň. Šestá kapitola je věnována dalším vzdělávacím programům UČFR a PFS, následující kapitola zpracovává vzdělávání v zahraničí speciálně v Slovenské republice, dále je kapitola rozhodčí na různých výkonnostních úrovních. Poslední část je diskuze a závěr. Přínos této bakalářské práce je v sumarizování vzdělávacích programů rozhodčích a seznámení s programovou náplní.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is theoretical study that examines the management options and education of referees at different performance levels. In the first chapter of the history of education. The second chapter focuses on undergraduate studies with a review of studies focusing on game management, which is essential to the game. The third chapter is devoted to education level, with emphasis on UEFA UEFA CORE program. In the fourth and fifth chapter discusses the educational programs based on the conventions of UEFA, Talent and mentor, educational program referees focusing on their program content. The sixth chapter is devoted to other educational programs UČFR and PFS, the next chapter handles education abroad especially in the Slovak Republic, as well as a chapter on arbitration different performance levels. The last part is the discussion and conclusion. Contribution of this bachelor thesis is summarizing educational programs and of referees familiar with the program of.
