Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dohodami o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr, tedy dohodou o provedení práce a dohodou o pracovní činnosti. Bakalářská práce je členěna do šesti hlavních kapitol. První kapitola obsahuje pojednání o pracovněprávních vztazích, jejich rozdělení a prvky pracovněprávních vztahů. This bachelor thesis deals with agreements on work performed outside an employment relationship, i.e. the agreement on work performance and the agreement on work activity.
