Cílem práce je formulovat návrhy na změnu metodických pokynů vydávaných Operačním programem Lidské zdroje a zaměstnanost. Jejich obsah je založen na analýze rozhodovacích situací, kterými musí zadavatelé podpoření z programu projít, aby vybrali správného dodavatele. The aim of this diploma thesis is to formulate recommendations to amend the guideline issued by the Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment.
