Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o přírodních barvivech převážně z rostlinných zdrojů.V práci jsou postupně rozebírány podle struktury nejdůležitější skupiny rostlinnýchbarviv – tetrapyroly (chlorofyly, fykobiliny), betalainy, flavonoidy (z nich předevšímantokyany), karotenoidy a kurkumin. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on natural dyes primarily from plant sources. In thesisare analysed the most important groups of plant colourants according to their structure –tetrapyrroles (chlorophyll, phycobilins), betalains, flavonoids (anthocyanins),carotenoids and curcumin.
