Allocation of Income Obtained from Execution Sale of Immovable
Abstract:
Tématem mé diplomové práce je rozvrh výtěžku dražby v exekuci prodejem nemovitosti prováděného soudním exekutorem dle zákona č. 120/2001 Sb., o soudních exekutorech a exekuční činnosti a o změně dalších zákonů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, a dle zákona č. 99/1963 Sb., občanský soudní řád, ve znění pozdějších předpisů.
Abstract:
Theme of this thesis is allocation of income obtained from execution sale of immovable asset. It is the last part of executive procedure by selling immovable asset. Execution is carried out by executor according to statute no. 120/2001 on judicial executors and execution process as amended and § 52 of the execution procedure code is guided by statute no. 99/1963 Civil procedure code, as amended.
