Proposal to rationalize the provision of postal services Česká pošta, s. p. South Moravia
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá změnou obsluhy při poskytování poštovních služeb na území regionu Jižní Morava, prostřednictvím alternativních forem poboček na základě mandátní smlouvy se Zástupcem. Podnětem pro navržení jiného způsobu obsluhy u vybraných pošt je jejich minimální využívání ze strany veřejnosti a vysoké náklady na jejich provozování.

This diploma thesis deals with the change of operative ways in providing postal services in the South Moravian region through alternative forms of branches based on the mandate agreement with the representatives.
