Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat legální omezení bank při stanovení tzv. bankovních poplatků. Práce obsahuje analýzu jednotlivých omezení v právních předpisech, všeobecných obchodních podmínkách a smlouvách o platebních službách z pohledu finančního práva. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify the legal restrictions on banks in charging the so called „bank charges“. This work contains an analysis of the individual constraints in the legislation, general business terms and payment service contracts from the perspective of financial law.
