Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá výzkumem a vývojem pokročilých technik pro automatické anotování obrázků. Konkrétně je zde popsán rozvoj existujícího nástroje MUFIN Image Annotation. Práce se zaměřuje zejména na využívání lexikální databáze WordNet při návrhu hierarchického zpřesňování anotací. Navíc, zkoumá začlenění principu Relevance Feedback do procesu automatické anotace. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with a research and development of advanced techniques of automatic image annotation. Existing tool - the MUFIN Image Annotation tool - is described in this thesis specifically. The thesis aims at utilization of the WordNet lexical database as a tool for a hierarchic annotation refinement in particular.
