Rigorózní práce se zabývá dohledem nad činností samostatného pojišťovacího zprostředkovatele s akcentem na dohled vykonávaný ze strany České národní banky. Nejprve je věnován prostor vysvětlení zásadních pojmů a následně seznámení se s historií a aktuální podobou pojišťovnictví, a to včetně platné právní úpravy. The object of this thesis is the supervision of the activities of a separate insurance intermediary with an accent on supervision exercised by the Czech National Bank.
