Abstract:

Právě probíhající digitální transformace má obrovský dopad na svět 21. století. Zejména pro výrobní podniky vyvolává čtvrtá průmyslová revoluce zásadní změny, ale také přináší významný potenciál. Tento dokument pomocí cílených rozhovorů zkoumá, jakým způsobem Průmysl 4.0 vnímají podniky s obratem nad sto milionů korun. Zda je pro ně pojem Průmysl 4.0 přínosem, či hrozbou. Z výsledků je zřejmé, že mnoho zástupců společností sice téma Průmyslu 4.0 zná, ale vůbec nejsou obeznámeni s jeho podstatou. Je nutné také zmínit, že některé obory přínos pro své podnikání v Průmyslu 4.0 nespatřují, přičemž tento fakt není v žádných odborných publikacích veřejně uváděn. Tyto firmy v rámci podnikání totiž modernizace, ve smyslu nových technologií, nepotřebují. Dále je konkrétně popisován pekárenský průmysl, na nějž navazuje cílený rozhovor s jednatelem pekárenské společnosti ohledně modernizace podnikání v jeho společnosti v kontextu Průmyslu 4.0. V praxi je uveden konkrétní výpočet efektivity nového automatického výrobního stroje pomocí úspory nákladů, zvýšení tržeb, statické a dynamické metody. Tato část práce potvrzuje, že inovace, které pohánějí Průmysl 4.0 a budoucí průmyslové revoluce, jsou zejména pro výrobní podniky sice vysokou investicí, nicméně přínos pro jejich podnikání je značný.

Abstract:

The ongoing digital transformation has a huge impact on the world in the 21st century. The fourth industrial revolution causes fundamental changes, especially for manufacturing companies, but it also brings significant potential. This document uses targeted interviews to examine how Industry 4.0 is perceived by companies which have a turnover over one hundred million crowns. Whether the term Industry 4.0 is a benefit or a threat to them. It is clear from the results that many company representatives are familiar with the topic of Industry 4.0, but are not familiar with its nature at all. It is also necessary to mention that some fields do not see a benefit for their business in Industry 4.0, and this fact is not publicly stated in any professional publications. These companies do not need modernization in the sense of new technologies. Furthermore, the bakery industry is specifically described, which is followed by a targeted interview with the director of the bakery company regarding the modernization of business in his company in the context of Industry 4.0. In practice, a specific calculation of the efficiency of a new automatic production machine using cost savings, increased sales, static and dynamic methods is given. This part of the thesis confirms that the innovations that drive Industry 4.0 and future industrial revolutions are a high investment, especially for manufacturing companies, but the benefits for their business are considerable.
