Analysis of bank products in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje bankovní produkty bank v České Republice, uvádí výsledky klíčových zjištění a doporučení. Zabývá se 5 bankami, které se na území České Republiky nachází a to Českou spořitelnou, Moneta Money bank, Fio bankou, Air bank a v poslední řadě i Raiffeisen bankou. Zpočátku jsou zde řešeny obecně pojmy v bankovní sféře. Nadále jsou popisovány vybrané banky a jejich produkty. Řešena je zde i komunikace mezi bankou a jejich klienty. Na závěr v aplikační části je sepsané dotazníkové šetření pro zjištění veřejného mínění. Jsou zodpovězeny výsledky výzkumů a na základě nich jsou vytvořeny predikce dalšího vývoje.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis analyzes banking products of banks in the Czech Republic, presents results of key findings and recommendations. It deals with 5 banks in the Czech Republic, namely Česká spořitelna, Moneta Money Bank, Fio Bank, Air Bank and, last but not least, Raiffeisen Bank. Initially, general terms in the banking sphere are dealt with here. Selected banks and their products are still described. The communication between the bank and their clients is solved. At the end of the application section, a questionnaire survey is conducted to determine public opinion. The results of the research are answered and based on them, predictions are made of further developments.
