Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření v pomáhajících profesích se zaměřením na vychovatelé v dětských domovech. Teoretická část práce přibližuje úskalí a požadavky těchto profesí s konkrétním přiblížením práce a pracoviště vychovatelů v dětských domovech.
