Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na studium mechanických vlastností dynamicky namáhaného hyaluronanu v tahu. Teoretická část se zabývá strukturou hyaluronanu a možnostmi jeho chemické modifikace s důrazem na přípravu filmů, síťovaných pomocí různých síťovacích činidel. This thesis is focused on the study of mechanical properties of dynamically stressed hyaluronan by tension. The theoretical part deals with structure of hyaluronan and the possibilities of its chemical modification with emphasis on preparation of films, cross-linked with different cross-linking agents.
