Předmětem diplomové práce „Analýza rizik v procesu akvizic a fúzí" je problematika analýzy rizik v procesu podnikových kombinací z hlediska nejčastěji se vyskytujících rizik včetně jejich kvantifikace a navržení možných opatření vedoucích ke zlepšení jejich řízení.
