V mé bakalářské práci jsem se zabývala problematikou motivace a stimulace vevybraném podniku Yashica s.r.o. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části.Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy, definice a teorie motivace a stimulace.Praktická část se zaměřuje na dotazník, zhodnocení motivačního systému firmy a sestavení návrhů na zlepšení.
