Předmětem diplomové práce je analyzovat podnikovou kulturu a její změny vlivem outsourcingu. Tyto změny mají dopad na ekonomickou efektivnost a rozvoj podniku, respektive jeho části. The objective of this thesis is to analyze the corporate culture and their changes of the outsourcing influence. This changes have impact on the economics efficiency and development, on its particular part respectively.
