Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Práce a volný čas - aktivity volného času a jejich proměny“ se zaměřuje na postoje lidí k rozložení pracovního, vázaného a volného času napříč kulturami. V teoretické části se věnuje vymezení pojmu volný čas, a jak se pohled na něj měnil v čase. Rozebírá funkce a cíle volného času a zabývá se jeho důležitostí pro psychické i fyzické zdraví lidí. Práce se dále zabývá popisem přístupů k pracovnímu a volnému času v různých zemích světa a zachycuje jejich proměny. Příklady vybraných zemí obsahují jak vyspělé, tak chudé země z různých kontinentů světa. Zahrnuta je také situace v České republice, které je také věnována analytická část této práce. Praktická část této diplomové práce čerpá z dat získaných vlastním dotazníkovým šetřením a také z dat výzkumu “ Volný čas a sport (ISSP - 2007) - Česká republika“. Vlastní získaná data jsou zpracovány systémem SPPS a data získaná výzkumem ISSP online systémem Nesstar. Cílem je zodpovědět tři výzkumné otázky: Do jaké míry ovlivňuje kulturní a sociální prostředí, ve kterém lidé žijí, jejich volný a pracovní čas? Jaká je spokojenost obyvatel České republiky s rozložením času mezi pracovní, vázaný a volný čas? Jakým aktivitám se Češi nejčastěji věnují ve vázaném i volném čase? Součástí práce je bližší analýza rozložení času u lidí v České republice, jakým aktivitám se ve svém volnu nejčastěji věnují a čím je ovlivněn výběr jejich aktivit.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis "Work and Leisure - Leisure activities and their transformation” focuses on the attitudes of people to the distribution of working, tied and leisure time across cultures. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the concept of leisure time and how the view of it changed over time. It analyzes functions and goals of leisure time and deals with its importance for mental and physical health of people. The thesis also deals with the description of working and leisure time approaches in different countries of the world and captures their transformations. Examples of selected countries include both developed and poor countries from different continents of the world. The analytical part of this thesis is devoted to this issue in the Czech Republic. The practical part of this diploma thesis draws on data obtained from own questionnaire survey as well as data from research "Leisure time and sport (ISSP - 2007) - Czech Republic". The acquired data are processed by the SPPS system and the data obtained from the ISSP research by the online Nesstar system. The aim is to answer three research questions: To what extent does the cultural and social environment in which people live affect their leisure and working time? What is the satisfaction of the population of the Czech Republic with the distribution of time between working-bound and leisure time? What activities do the Czechs most often spend in both bound and leisure time? Part of the thesis is a closer analysis of the distribution of time among people in the Czech Republic, what activities are most popular and how the selection of their activities is influenced by various social factors.
