Dětská onkologie je medicínský obor, který se zabývá léčbou solidních nádorů a nádorů krvetvorby u dětí a mladých dospělých. Zásadní rozdíl od dospělé onkologie je v biologii nádorů, etiologii, klinickém chování, léčbě a výsledcích léčby, pro které se standardně používá klasifikace MKN10. Paediatric Oncology is the medical field which deals with the treatment of solid tumours and blood-forming tumours in children and young adults.
