The Commercial Plan of the Enterprise on the Basis of Marketing Activity

Abstract:

Tématem této práce je obchodní plán podniku. Teoretická část se zabývá zpracováním problematiky obchodního a marketingového plánování, finančního a strategického plánování. Dalším dílčím cílem práce je provedení vybraných analýz vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí firmy Golfový Resortu A. Dále bude v teoretické části práce popsán podnikatelský plánu, jeho struktura a funkce. A také zde bude psáno o analýzách vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí, které jsou nutné pro sestavení kvalitního podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části práce budou provedeny potřebné marketingové a strategické analýzy firmy ABC GOLF a poté sestaven podnikatelský plán firmy Golfový Resort A, která spadá pod firmu ABC GOLF, a. s. a zabývající se činností v oblasti golfu. Metodami zpracování této práce budou studium primárních a sekundárních zdrojů, analýzy, indukce, dedukce a porovnání. Dalšími použitými metodami budou vybrané analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí firmy, např. Porterův model konkurenčních sil, Bostonská matice, SWOT a PEST analýzy.

Abstract:

The theme of this work is the company's business plan. The operational objective is the theoretical treatment of the issue of business and marketing planning, financial and strategic planning. Yet another objective of this work is to perform selected analyzes internal and external environment of the company Golf Resort A. The theoretical part will be written about the business plan, its structure and functions. There will also be written a analysis of external and internal environment that are necessary to build a good business plan. In the practical part of the work will be carried out necessary marketing and strategic analysis of the company ABC GOLF and then set up the business plan of the company Golf Resort A, which falls under the company ABC GOLF and engaged in activities in the field of golf. Methods of processing this work will be the study of primary and secondary sources, analysis, induction, deduction and comparison. Other methods used will be selected analyzes internal and external environment of the company, for example. Porter competitive forces Boston Matrix, SWOT analysis and PEST analysis.
