Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou domácího násilí, objasňuje její druhy a specifika. Upozorňuje zejména na kriminologické aspekty domácího násilí – to znamená charakteristiku pachatele i oběti, rozebírá příčiny a podmínky, za kterých k domácímu násilí dochází.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the issues of domestic violence, it clarifies its kinds and particularities. It also points out its criminal aspects of domestic violence, which means the characteristics of the culprit and the victim, it also analyses the causes and conditions that brought to the formation of domectic violence.
