The Access to Information in Public Administration
Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje přístupu k informacím ve veřejné správě analyzováním poskytování informací dle zákona č. 106/1999 Sb., o svobodném přístupu k informacím, ve znění pozdějších předpisů a poskytování informací ve správním řízení, dle zákona č. 500/2004 Sb., správní řád, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Dále srovnává obě právní úpravy a navrhuje jejich změny.

This thesis is focused on the access to information within public administration by analysis of information providing according to Act No. 106/1999 Coll., on Free Access to Information and Providing of Information in Administrative Procedure, as amended, and Act No. 500/2004 Coll., Administrative Procedure Code, as amended; and by comparison of both legal regulations and drafting their possible amendments …more
