Anotace:

The main theme of my thesis is Australia’s Stolen Generation. The aim is to show that the government policy of forcible removal of “half-caste” children from their Aboriginal families in order to assimilate them into the mainstream white society had serious consequences not only on the members of the Stolen Generation, but also on the future generations of Aboriginal Australians.
