General Conditions. Theory and Reality
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na současnou právní úpravu obchodních podmínek v občanském zákoníku a na úpravu, která byla před novelizací. Analyzuje obchodní podmínky v běžném kontraktačním procesu a zaměřuje se na aktuální právní úpravu. Na případech soudu v České republice a Soudního dvoru Evropské unie jsou ukázány dané obchodní podmínky v praxi.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on current legal adjustment of general conditions in the Civil Code and on adjustment before its amendment. It analyses general conditions in common contract process and focuses on present legal adjustment. By means of legal cases in the Czech Republic and Court of Justice of the European Union, present given general conditions in reality.
