Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je rozebrat jednotlivé typy interní komunikace a její vliv na pracovní vztahy. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část zachycuje teoretickou stránku interní komunikace a komunikace obecně, její formy a prostředky. Druhá část obsahuje popis firmy V Invest CZ a.s. se sídlem v Praze včetně rozboru její vnitrofiremní komunikace, zhodnocení a návrhy na zlepšení.V závěru je zhodnocena stávající vnitrofiremní komunikace, definovány problémy v komunikaci uvnitř firmy a navržena zlepšení, která by mohla firma uplatnit.

Abstract:

Aim of this work is to analyze the different types of internal communication and its impact on workplace relations. The work is divided into two parts. The first part describes the theoretical aspects of internal communication and communication in general, its forms and resources. The second part is the description of the company V Invest CZ SpA based in Prague, the description of internal communication, evaluation and suggestions for improvement. The conclusion of the work contains evaluation of the current internal communication, definitiv of communication problems within the company and suggestion how to improve internal comunication.
