Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou projektového řízení. Představuje vybrané zástupce metodik používaných při vývoji softwaru a zástupce standardů projektového řízení. Uvádí způsoby, kterými lze zvolené standardy a metodiky kombinovat při zachování jejich výhod a na reálném projektu aplikuje jednu z možných kombinací.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with information technology project management. It presents chosen software development methodologies, project management standards and their possible combinations. One of the combinations and its advantages is shown on a real-life project.
