Abstract:
Urgentní ultrasonografie je využívána u pacientů s traumatem, akutní respirační tísní, bolestí na hrudi, srdeční zástavou, při podezření na embolii mozkových cév nebo trombózy žil dolních končetin. Vyšetření pacienta před příjezdem do nemocničního zařízení umožňuje rozhodnout o tom, jestli pacient potřebuje nějakou speciální léčbu, a hlavně kam se pacient bude transportovat. Abstract:
Urgent ultrasonography is used in patients with trauma, acute respiratory distress, chest pain, cardiac arrest, and suspected embolism of cerebral vessels or thrombosis veins of the lower extremities. Examining the patient before arriving at the hospital facility makes it possible to decide whether the patient needs any special treatment and, above all, where the patient will be transported.
