Education and development of employees in pharmaceutical companies

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou rozvoje a vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve vybraných farmaceutických společnostech. Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky z oblasti současných trendů a systematického vzdělávání. Je zaměřena na postavení manažera ve společnosti, řízení pracovního výkonu, profesi farmaceutických reprezentantů a jejich hodnocení. Praktická část zjišťuje, které metody vzdělávání a rozvoje jsou efektivní, jaké současné trendy jsou využívány, jak často a jakým způsobem probíhá zpětná vazba a zdali mají zaměstnanci dostatečný časový prostor pro jejich rozvoj a vzdělávání v daných firmách. Cílem práce je zhodnotit současnou situaci rozvoje a vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve vybraných farmaceutických společnostech a v případě zjištěných nedostatků navrhnout možná zlepšení, která povedou k optimalizaci procesu rozvoje a vzdělávání jejich zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the development and education of employees in selected pharmaceutical companies. The theoretical part contains knowledge from the field of current trends and systematic education. It is focused on the position of the manager in the company, the management of work performance, the profession of pharmaceutical representatives and their evaluation. The practical part finds out which methods of education and development are effective, which current trends are used, how often and in what way feedback takes place and whether employees have sufficient time for their development and education in the given companies. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate the current situation of development and training of employees in selected pharmaceutical companies and, in the case of identified deficiencies, to propose possible improvements that will lead to the optimization of the development and training process of their employees.
