Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem Analýza sporu o CHKO Soutok se zabývá záměrem MŽP ČR a AOPK vyhlásit v oblasti soutoku řek Moravy a Dyje velkoplošné chráněné území. V první části práce jsou popsána východiska ochrany přírody České republiky. Další část se věnuje charakteristice území, na kterém mělo být velkoplošné chráněné území vyhlášeno, a také představuje blíže dokumenty zpracované pro vyjednávání s místními samosprávami. Poslední část práce se soustřeďuje se na spor o vyhlášení CHKO Soutok v letech 2009 až 2012. Na základě provedeného výzkumu je zde dokumentována snaha státní ochrany přírody s přispěním několika neziskových organizací vyhlásit na území soutoku řek Moravy a Dyje chráněnou krajinnou oblast. Popisuje také snahu odpůrců zabránit vyhlášení chráněného území. Autorka práce odpovídá na otázky, kdo stojí na stranách sporu, jaké argumenty hrají roli a jaké další faktory vstoupily do průběhu sporu, a nakonec odhaluje, proč se CHKO Soutok nepodařilo vyhlásit.

Abstract:

My thesis The Analysis of the Dispute over the Protected Area Soutok deals with the purpose of the Ministry of the Environment and the Nature Conservation Agency of the Czech Republic to announce large protect area in the area of the confluence of the rivers Morava and Dyje. There are described the basis of the nature protection in the Czech Republic in the first part of the thesis. In the next part there are characteristics of the area, which should have been protected, and there are also described the documents prepared for negotiation with selfgovernments. The last part focuses on the dispute over the purpose to announce the protected area Soutok between years 2009 and 2012. On the basis of research the attempt of nation nature protection and some NGO´s to announce the protected area was documented. The part describes also an attempt to forestall the purpose. The author answers the questions, who is on the sides of the conflict, what arguments are important and what other factors enter into the dispute. In the end she reveals, why the puspose was not successfull.
