Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem managementu jakosti (QMS) ve vybraném podniku. Konkrétně jde o změny managementu jakosti, které vyplývají z aktualizované normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016. První část práce řeší ekonomickou situaci společnosti na základě vybraných ekonomických ukazatelů. Následuje důkladné prozkoumání QMS společnosti. Současný stav je hodnocen na základě SWOT analýzy a checklisty, které jsou doplněny strukturovaným rozhovorem s top managementem a interním auditem. Na základě zjištěných neshod jsou navrženy možné úpravy a následně realizovány změny, které nová norma udává. V neposlední řadě jsou navržena doporučení pro neustálé zlepšování QMS. Výstupem práce je úspěšná recertifikace společnosti dle nové normy ISO 9001.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the quality management system (QMS) in the selected company. Specifically, it is devoted to the changes in the quality management, resulting from the updated standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016. The first part of the thesis deals with the economic situation of the company on the base of selected economic indicators. This chapter is followed by the thorough examination of the QMS of the company. The current situation is assessed on the basis of SWOT analysis and checklists, supplemented by structured interview with the top management and internal audit. Based on the identified discrepancies there are suggested possible modifications and subsequently implemented changes that the new standard specifies. Last but not least there are proposed recommendations for continual improving of the QMS. The result of the thesis is the successful recertification of the company according to the new ISO 9001 standard.
