Abstract:

Motivace hraje v organizaci významnou roli, posiluje pracovní nasazení zaměstnanců, jejich zájem a ochotu dosahovat vyšších cílů. Cílem studie je analyzovat motivační programy a stanovit faktory, které se podílejí a nejvíce ovlivňují pracovní nasazení, spokojenost a motivaci zaměstnanců ve vybraných odvětvích výrobních podniků. Prvotně byla důležitá analýza nabízených motivačních programů a benefitů zvolených podniků. Následně pomocí dotazníkového šetření byla získána data o postoji zaměstnanců k motivačním faktorům a míra jejich spokojenosti se zaměstnaneckými benefity. Tato data byla vyhodnocena pomocí základní popisné statistiky a metody komparace. Výsledné šetření došlo k závěru, že z oblasti motivačních faktorů zaměstnanci kromě základní mzdy preferují nejvíce nehmotné faktory jako je dobrý kolektiv, pozitivní atmosféra na pracovišti či více volného času. Z oblasti zaměstnaneckých benefitů jsou to hlavně finanční odměny a příspěvky či více dní dovolené. Globálně jsou nejvíce spokojeni zaměstnanci pracující ve strojírenství.

Abstract:

The motivation has an important role in the organization, it increases employees' work engagement, their interest and willingness to achieve higher level. The aim of the study is to analyse motivational programs and determine the factors that participate and most influence the work engagement, the satisfaction and the motivation of employees at certain branches of manufacturing companies. First of all, it was important to analyse the offered motivational programs and benefits of selected companies. After that, the data of employees' preferences on motivational factors and the level of satisfaction with employee benefits were obtained by using a questionnaire survey. These data were processed by using descriptive statistics and the method of comparison. The main results of the study have shown a positive and significant impact of intrinsic rewards on the performance of the employee. Except the basic salary they prefer a good team, a positive atmosphere at work or some more free time. As from employee benefits, there are mainly financial rewards or to have more days of vacation. Globally, employees working in engineering industry are the most satisfied with motivational programs.
