Predkladaná diplomová práca sa zaoberá ekonomicko-právnymi aspektmi pôsobiacimi na všeobecnú hodnotu banky. Cieľom tejto práce je poukázať na spomínané aspekty a následne tieto aspekty využiť pri návrhu na zvýšenie všeobecnej hodnoty banky.
