Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem vzdělávání zaměstnanců jako součástí firemní kultury. Vymezuje problematiku vzdělávání dospělých. Popisuje vzdělávání a rozvoj pracovníků v organizaci v teoretické rovině, na kterou navazuje konkrétní vzdělávací a rozvojový systém mobilního operátora TMCZ. This thesis deals with staff training as a part of corporate culture. It defines the problems of adult education. It describes the training and development of employees in the organization theory, which is followed by a particular training and development system of the mobile operator TMCZ.
