Job Opportunities for Czech Students in German Speaking Countries e. g. Switzerland

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the theme of migration of Czech students to Switzerland for work. The aim of the thesis is to determine students' awareness of career options and opportunities in Switzerland and the related duties. In the first part are closely determinated the terms work, labor market, demand and supply of labor and labor migration. After briefly introduction of Switzerland as a country is Switzerland discussed in connection with the previously mentioned terms. Finally deals this thesis with Czech students, who travelled for work in Switzerland in the years 2010-2014, according to information of the Swiss statistical office. Along with this topic are also presented the necessary requirements to work in Switzerland and portals that offer work in Switzerland. The practical part consist survey. The survey was conducted based on a questionnaire, which was examinating respondents' awareness of job and employment opportunities in Switzerland. The conclusion summarized the findings.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem migrace českých studentů za prací do Švýcarska. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit povědomí studentů o pracovních možnostech a příležitostech ve Švýcarsku a s tím spojenými povinnostmi. V první části jsou blíže zkoumány pojmy práce, pracovní trh, poptávka a nabídka práce a migrace za prací. Poté je krátce představeno Švýcarsko jako země a nadále je Švýcarsko rozebíráno v souvislosti s dříve uvedenými pojmy. Nakonec se teoretická část zabývá českými studenty, kteří za prací vycestovali do Švýcarska v letech 2010-2014 dle informací švýcarského statistického úřadu. Spolu s tímto tématem jsou také představeny potřebné náležitosti pro práci ve Švýcarsku a portály, které práci ve Švýcarsku nabízejí. Praktickou část tvoří průzkum. Průzkum probíhal na bázi dotazníku, ve kterém se zjišťovalo povědomí respondentů o práci a pracovní příležitosti ve Švýcarsku. V závěru práce jsou pak shrnuty dosažené poznatky.
