Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je charakterizovat cloud banking a způsob, jakým se dotýká bankovnictví a definuje vztah mezi bankou a jejími klienty. První část popisuje nové skutečnosti, které ovlivňují činnost bank a komunikaci se zákazníky, jako je například globalizace, digitalizace nebo sociální média. Množství nových přístupů ústí v multikanálové a "všekanálové" bankovnictví, kde může klient pro komunikaci s bankou využívat mnoho kanálů přímé distribuce. Druhá část podává přehled o variantách přímého bankovnictví. Praktická část shrnuje historii přímého bankovnictví v České republice, uvádí nabídku služeb direct bankingu u čtyř největších bank na českém území a mBank, obsahuje analýzu smartbankingových aplikací třinácti bank v České republice a dotazníkový průzkum, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, jaký je vztah lidí v ČR k novým technologiím v bankovnictví a zdali se věkem mění. V závěru je shrnut vliv zmíněných změn na bankovnictví.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to characterise cloud banking and its effect on banking and how it defines the relationship between a bank and its clients. The first part describes the new trends that affect bank activities and customer communication, such as globalization, digitization and social media. A number of new approaches result in multichannel and omnichannel banking, where the client can communicate with the bank via a lot of direct distribution channels. The second part gives an overview of the variants of direct banking. The practical part summarizes the history of direct banking in the Czech Republic, shows offers of direct banking services in the four largest banks in the Czech Republic and mBank, also presents an analysis of smartbanking applications of thirteen banks in the Czech Republic and questionnaire survey, which aimed to determine the attitude of people in the Czech Republic to new technologies in banking and find out, whether it varies with age. Conclusion summarizes the impact of these changes on banking.
