Tato diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou reálné ochrany spotřebitele proti určitým projevům nekalé soutěže, přičemž je zaměřena na praktickou část této problematiky. Ochranu spotřebitele práce zkoumá prostřednictvím řešení modelových situací, a to z pohledu práva soukromého i veřejného, dále také uvádí ochranu mimoprávními prostředky, ochranu v rámci Evropské unie a srovnání s ochranou v Německu.
