Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na českou fantastickou literaturu, a to především v kontextu literární Ceny Karla Čapka Mlok. Jejím výstupem je série šesti publicistických rozhovorů s autory, kteří tuto cenu vyhráli. Jako cílové médium si autorka vybrala měsíčník Pevnost, který se fan-tastikou zabývá a má také literární rubriku. Cílem těchto rozhovorů je přinést čtenářům informace o tom, jak tito autoři tvoří, co je inspiruje a jak je ovlivnila výhra v Ceně Karla Čapka. Teoretická část práce před-stavuje fantastiku jako žánr a veškerá její specifika, autorka zde také představuje práci spisovatele a možnosti literárních ocenění. Dále pak vymezuje žánr, který si pro svoji práci zvolila a popisuje metody získá-vání informací. V kapitole o cílovém médiu využívá nejen informace získané od členů redakce tak, aby čtenářům přiblížila, jak časopis vy-padá a jaké jsou jeho vnitřní pochody. Na závěr svoji práci i své výstu-py na základě získaných informací podrobuje kritické reflexi.

Abstract:

This work focuses on the Czech fantasy literature, mainly in the con-text of Karel Čapek‘s Mlok award. The outcome of this work is a set of six journalistic interviews conducted with authors who won the afore-mentioned prize. The author chose a monthly magazine Pevnost as the target media outlet, since this magazine contains a literary section and fantasy genre is its domain. The aim of the interviews is to present an insight into the writers’ creative work process, their inspiration, and how their work was shaped by winning the Karel Čapek‘s Award. The theoretical part deals with fantasy as a genre and its features. The au-thor presents the work of a writer and potential literary awards. The chosen genre is defined and the data collection methods are described. The reader may get familiar with the internal working process of the Pevnost magazine based on the information gathered from the Pev-nost editorial staff. The final part contains a critical reflection upon the work itself, as well as the methods used, based on the gathered data.
