Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat období od počátku přesidlování Čechů na Volyň až do současnosti z gastronomického hlediska a zkoumat vliv ukrajinské kuchyně na českou kuchyň.
Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify the period from the beginning of the resettlement of the Czechs until present from a gastronomic standpoint and examin the influence of ukrainian cuisine on czech cuisine.
