Diplomová práce se zabývá interkulturními rozdíly v česko-německém podnikatelském prostředí. V úvodní části práce jsou definovány pojmy národní a organizační kultura a uveden přehled dosavadních poznatků týkajících se vlivu národní kultury na management firmy. The thesis aims to investigate the intercultural differences in the Czech-German business environment. The first part of this paper defines the national and organizational culture and introduces an overview of existing theories regarding an influence of national culture on management of a company.
