The Business Development through Quality Management Tools

Abstract:

Vzhledem k aktivnímu konkurenčnímu prostředí mezi podniky zabývajícími se měřením hluku je nutné činnost takového podniku optimalizovat jak systémem managementu kvality založeném na akreditaci na základě normy ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018, tak zlepšováním, která nejsou jeho přímou součástí. Na základě teoretických východisek budou v diplomové práci analyzovány a zvoleny pro zavedení nadějné metody zlepšování, jejichž efektivita pro rozvoj podniku bude v závěru práce zhodnocena z několika hledisek. Cílem práce bude analyzovat a navrhnout vhodné metody zlepšování, zavést potenciálně nejefektivnější metody zlepšování a vyhodnotit přínos zavedených metod pro rozvoj podniku, zhodnotit ekonomický přínos a prospěšnost vzhledem k misi, poslání podniku. Hypotézou je pravděpodobný dynamický rozvoj podniku prostřednictvím metod zlepšování a systému managementu kvality a to jak v oblasti ekonomického růstu, tak kvality služeb, které jsou předmětem činnosti podniku. Další hypotézou je, že použití dané normy a nástrojů zlepšování umožní zvýšení efektivity úrovně řízení v organizaci.

Abstract:

Due to the active competitive environment among companies dealing with noise measurement, it is necessary to optimize the activities of such a company both by a quality management system based on accreditation based on ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 and by improvements that are not a direct part of it. Based on the theoretical basis, the thesis will be analyzed and selected for the introduction of a promising method of improvement, whose effectiveness for business development will be evaluated at the end of the thesis from several perspectives. The aim of the work will be to analyze and design appropriate methods of improvement, introduce potentially the most effective methods of improvement and evaluate the contribution of established methods to business development, evaluate the economic benefits and usefulness with respect to the company's vision and mission. The hypothesis is a probable dynamic development of the company through methods of improvement and quality management system, both in the field of economic growth and the quality of services that are the subject of the company's activities. Another hypothesis is that the use of a given standard and improvement tools will increase the effectiveness of the level of management in the organization.
