Abstract:

Absolventská práce se věnuje problematice manželství a registrovaného partnerství. Uvádí způsoby vzniku a zániku těchto institucí a práva a povinnosti s tím spojené. Součástí bude exkurze do právních úprav jiných zemí, kde uvádím rozdílné státy v právní úpravě – Itálie, Francie a Nizozemsko.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the issue of marriage and registered partnership. It lists the ways of establishment and termination of these institutions and the rights and obligations associated with it. It will include an excursion into the legislation of other countries, where I list different countries in the legislation - Italy, France and the Netherlands.
