Purchasing behavior of residents of the selected village

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nákupního chování v určené obci, konkrétně se jedná o obec Býchory. Práce je rozdělena na tři základní části: část teoretickou, část praktickou a na tu navazuje prezentování výsledků výzkumu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů z oblasti nákupního chování, stručný popis historie a vývoje obchodu. V praktické části je vymezena daná lokalita, jsou představeny nákupní možnosti, preference a chování místních obyvatel. Poslední důležitou částí této práce je vyhodnocení provedeného dotazníkového šetření v návaznosti na uskutečněné rozhovory s provozovateli místních maloobchodních zařízení. V závěru práce bude provedeno celkové shrnutí a vyhodnocení stanovených cílů.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of shopping behavior in a specific village called Býchory. The work is divided into three basic parts: the theoretical part, the practical part, and the presentation of the research results follows this. The theoretical part is focused on the explanation of basic concepts from the field of shopping behavior, a brief description of the history and development of the business. In the practical part, the locality is defined, shopping options, preferences and behavior of local residents are presented. The last important part of this work is the evaluation of the questionnaire survey carried out following the interviews with the operators of local retail establishments. At the end of this dissertation, an overall summary and evaluation of the set goals will be made.
